Why wait in a long line to eat at an expensive restuarant? Try this homemade lasagna recipe and save some money, without scrimping on the taste.
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce (of your choice)
- 1 pkg. 5 cheese Italian blend shredded cheese (or Mozzarella)
- 1 pkg. no bake lasagna noodles
- 24 oz. Ricotta cheese (or 16 oz. cottage cheese) – you could do 12 oz. Ricotta and 12 oz. cottage cheese for a cheaper option
- 1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 – 1 1/4 lbs. ground beef (optional)

Brown your ground beef and mix with spaghetti sauce, simmer for 30 minutes. (Optional)

Mix your Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and eggs in a medium sized bowl and put aside.

Cover the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish with sauce.

Then add a layer of no bake lasagna noodles.

Then a layer of cheese mixture (Ricotta, Parmesan, eggs).

Next add a second sauce layer.

Cover with shredded cheese.

Repeat layers twice for three layers total.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, until cheese is brown and bubbly.
