- 1 lb ground beef (85% works best)
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup plain panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp Montreal Steak seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 oz barbecue sauce

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

Cook your bacon and break into crumbs.

In a large bowl, mix beef, bacon, bread crumbs, onion, egg, milk, honey, steak seasoning, and salt.

Shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs (about 24). Add meatballs to slow cooker.

Add barbecue sauce, turning gently to coat.

Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, until meatballs are fully cooked (165 degrees).
