Brush unbaked pie shell with egg whites and put into oven for 3-5 minutes at 450 degrees to set the crust.
Remove from oven and turn temperature down to 375 degrees.
Beat eggs until light.
Mix sugar and flour and add to your eggs, beating well.
Add corn syrup, vanilla and salt and stir.
Sprinkle shelled pecans into pie shell and add your filling.
Bake in your oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes one 9 inch pie.
