Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 lg. eggs
  • 8 oz. macaroni
  • Butter (for baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cook macaroni according to box directions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Liberally butter a 9 x 13 baking dish.

  4. Cut up cheese into cubes and spread out evenly (sides of cubes almost touching) along the bottom of the baking dish.

  5. Whisk eggs and milk together.

  6. Pour cooked macaroni over cheese cubes and add milk egg mixture.

  7. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done (no remaining liquid on top).

  8. Let sit five minutes before serving.
