Ingredients
- 2 lbs. thin sliced veal cutlets
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 3 Tbsp. fat
Instructions

Remove outer skin and pound cutlets very thin.

Roll in crumbs and cheese.

Dip in egg, beaten in cold water.

Roll again in crumb mixture.

Sprinkle a little flour in hot fat to prevent sticking of your breading.

Cook cutlets until brown on both sides.
