We typically eat this as a main course, but it also makes an excellent side dish.
- 20 oz. frozen broccoli
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 soup can full milk
- 1 stick butter
- 7 oz. box Minute Instant Rice
- 6-8 slices American Cheese (I prefer Kraft.)
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt (to taste)

Mix all the ingredients except the sliced cheese and cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Top with sliced cheese.
