Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp (whole, cooked, peeled)
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2/3 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 6 oz. canned tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4-5 drops Tabasco hot sauce
Instructions

Cook the celery and onions in margarine until onions turn transparent.

Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the shrimp and let simmer for 30 minutes.

Add whole, cooked and peeled shrimp and stir.

Simmer an additional 10 minutes. Serve over white rice.
