- 6-8 oz. dried peaches
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups Bisquick
- water (substitute for the milk in the Bisquick instructions on the box)

Cook dried peaches in water with sugar. Cook until soft.

Refrigerate until cold.

Make your stiff biscuit dough using Bisquick, but substitute water for the milk.

Roll out dough to plate size. Fill one side of the circle with peaches, being careful not to go up to the edge of the dough.

Fold over and crimp the edges with a fork.

Cook in oil which has been heated on medium heat, until golden brown on both sides, turning as needed. Remove and place paper towel lined plate.

Or if you want small pies instead of a large one, divide the dough into 5 or 6 inch circles. Place two tablespoons of filling in each, being careful not to go up to the edge of the dough.
