This six ingredient recipe is easy to make and so delicious. The sauce alone is amazing and perfect for dunking bread into. You can serve over cooked pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice with some Italian bread on the side for a complete meal.
- 1.5 lbs. cubed steak bites
- 5 Tbsp. butter (divided)
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cups Italian blend shredded cheese

Chop your steak up into cubes and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Melt 3 Tbsp. of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add your steak to the butter and cook until browned (about 3-4 minutes).

Once your steak is browned, remove from the pan and set aside.

Discard the juices from the skillet and melt 2 Tbsp. of butter over medium-high heat.

Once melted, add your garlic powder and chicken broth and stir.

Then add your heavy cream and shredded cheese and stir until mixed well. Continue stirring until thick.

Once your sauce has thickened, return the steak to the skillet and mix it with the sauce. Warm over low heat until meat is hot and serve. You can serve with pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.
