Ingredients
  • 1 left over ham bone
  • 1-2 lbs. green beans
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Instructions

  1. Add olive oil to saute pan and saute your onion slices.

  2. Place all the ingredients into a pot and simmer for 45 minutes.
