Everyone has their own version of green bean casserole. I've tried dozens and my family's recipe is still my favorite.

Ingredients
- 4 cans french cut green beans, drained (we prefer Del Monte)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 6 oz. can French's fried onions (divided)
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients together, except milk and half the fried onions.

Once mixed add milk small amounts at a time until you reach your desired consistency.

Cover and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

With 5 minutes remaining, uncover and top with the remaining fried onions. Cook uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
