Here's a recipe for a sweet (almost cake like), moist cornbread that is always a winner. Recipe can be easily doubled for a large family function.

Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 10 oz. frozen creamed corn (Green Giant preferable)
- butter to coat the dish
Instructions

Butter an 8 inch square baking dish.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients except the corn. When well blended, stir in the corn and mix well.

Pour into the pan.

Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
