Ingredients
For Meatloaf:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (or ketchup if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
For Topping:
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (or ketchup if you prefer)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl combine all the meatloaf ingredients and mix well.

Press the mixture into an ungreased 8×4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Remove meatloaf from the oven. Spread 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (or ketchup) evenly over the top.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees and beef is thoroughly cooked.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
